Contribute to Resident Wellbeing:  From general cleaning and trash removal to refreshing public restrooms and assisting with laundry, you ensure a healthy and pleasant atmosphere. Be a Hospitality Professional: Greet residents and staff with a warm welcome, provide top notch housekeeping support and work to ensure the safety of residents and staff. Build Friendships: Enjoy the unique opportunity to develop long-term relationships with the wonderful people who call Wedgewood "home." Be the Solution: Use your good judgment to identify needed repairs, manage supplies, and help the community run smoothly. Who You Are A People Person: You are patient, tactful, and flexible, whether you’re chatting with a resident or assisting a visiting physician. Detail-Oriented: You find satisfaction in a job well done and don’t mind the repetitive tasks that keep a community beautiful. Reliable & Adaptable: You are ready to support the community during various shifts, including holidays and weekends, to ensure our residents are always cared for. Physically Able:  You are able to walk and stand for long periods, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
