Mission
Manage and update digital content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaigns. Support email copy creation and CRM execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience.
Job Functions
Update and manage digital content using CMS tools such as WordPress and Strapi, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement content updates efficiently.
Support email copy creation and CRM campaign execution (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Validate content before publication and ensure timely updates based on campaign calendars.
Support the resolution of content-related issues and maintain clear documentation of processes and changes.
