Job Description
We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Technical Lead (AWS) to join a strategic project focused on migrating and evolving a data platform to AWS. We are seeking a senior professional with strong technical leadership skills, architectural vision and solid experience in data-driven cloud environments.
Responsabilities:
- Define and validate data architectures on AWS, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with client requirements;
- Contribute to the design and development of the data platform, including data ingestion, processing and integration pipelines;
- Ensure governance, security, compliance and access control practices within the client’s cloud environment;
- Support technology decision-making by evaluating alternatives, risks, best practices and architectural impact;
- Contribute to cost optimization and operational efficiency on AWS;
- Work closely with development teams, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering and business needs;
- Act as a technical lead on the project, promoting best practices and ensuring the quality of the solutions delivered.
- Proven experience in data architecture on AWS, including the design, validation and implementation of solutions;
- Experience in cloud migration projects (ideally Azure to AWS);
- Solid knowledge of data platforms and their components: data ingestion, processing, integration and delivery;
- Experience in governance, security, compliance and access control in cloud environments;
- Ability to support technology decisions by assessing trade-offs, best practices and architectural impact;
- Experience in cost optimization in AWS environments;
- Experience working in direct collaboration with development teams, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering and business requirements;
- Previous experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Senior Engineer or Architect;
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Languages: English (essential), Portuguese and Spanish (desirable).
