Senior Counsel, Litigation & Disputes

This is a high-impact legal leadership role responsible for owning and shaping the organization’s litigation and dispute strategy across a fast-moving, data-driven technology environment. You will serve as the primary in-house expert for active and emerging litigation matters, guiding strategy across commercial, regulatory, employment, and data-related disputes. The role requires balancing hands-on ownership of complex matters with the ability to build scalable legal infrastructure that reduces risk and improves decision-making across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, compliance, and sales to translate legal exposure into practical, actionable guidance. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong judgment, clarity under pressure, and the ability to operate across multiple concurrent matters.
