Duties and Responsibilities:
Offers & Sales
Assist in preparing basic documentation for sales campaigns.
Support the preparation and review of bids and tenders.
Monitor helicopter sales warranties and training credits.
Aid in the helicopter delivery and acceptance processes.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and prospects.
Perform additional tasks as required by the department.
Marketing & Communications
Analysis of helicopter fleet in the Philippines
Research prospects and leads
In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials
Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining)
Take lead in organizing company events
Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution
Analysis of competitors
Customer relation
Take lead in organizing customer visits at the facility.
Ad hoc tasks
Other tasks as may be required by the department

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Results oriented, confident and excellent interpersonal skill
Dynamic, self-motivated and outgoing personality, willing to travel extensively

Enthusiastic team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business and/or Engineering
Languages: English local language is a plus
