This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Director, Paid Media based in the United States.

This is a high-ownership performance marketing role focused on driving measurable growth for financial advisory clients through Meta advertising. You will manage end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization while serving as the primary client-facing lead across a portfolio of accounts. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on media buying, requiring strong fluency in paid social performance marketing and direct response principles. You will be responsible for delivering qualified appointments at targeted acquisition costs, directly impacting client revenue outcomes and retention. In addition to campaign management, you will shape ad creative, write persuasive copy, and collaborate closely with production teams to test and refine messaging. This is a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment where results, ownership, and client trust define success.
