GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) is hiring for a Trooper III, Explosives detection K-9 handler for Troop O. This sworn officer position is essential to keep the peace and provide public safety in the State of Wyoming. This officer enforces the law, responds to calls for service, provides assistance to motorists and fellow law enforcement officers, and investigates crashes as a Trooper position, along with the additional K-9 roles and responsibilities in addition to any explosives detection duties.
