This leadership role sits at the core of a high-growth performance marketing organization, responsible for defining how creative drives measurable business outcomes across a diverse portfolio of fast-scaling brands. You will shape the systems, frameworks, and standards that power performance creative at scale across multiple platforms and clients. The role blends strategic leadership, hands-on creative insight, and operational rigor to ensure ideas consistently translate into profitable performance. You will lead and elevate a team of performance creative strategists while working closely with production, talent, and client leadership. This position requires a deep understanding of direct response marketing, platform-native creative, and data-informed storytelling. You will act as the senior creative authority, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders on what works, why it works, and how to scale it.
