Bitdefender, the Cyber Security leader, is looking for a driven, performance oriented and inspiring person to join the Sales Development team and lead the EMEA SDR organization. As a Sales Development Team Leader, you will report directly to the Global Director of Sales Development and play a key role in driving regional pipeline performance across EMEA. You will have the opportunity to build, develop and elevate a team of Sales Development Representatives, ensuring strong pipeline generation, high qualification standards and consistent execution across the region. Which is why strong leadership skills, fluency in English and a results driven mindset are key elements. German, French, Italian or Spanish are a plus. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SDRs across EMEA, driving inbound and outbound performance; Monitor daily activity, KPIs and SLA adherence to ensure pacing toward regional targets; Run weekly 1:1s and team meetings, providing structured coaching and feedback; Support onboarding and ramping of new SDRs; Combine performance management and hands on coaching to improve qualification quality and opportunity standards (BANT methodology); Review and validate opportunities before hand off to Sales, ensuring CRM accuracy and process discipline; Align closely with regional Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to remove blockers and optimize pipeline generation; Participate in recruitment, performance reviews and promotion recommendations; Maintain an organized, transparent and structured team workflow. Requirements: Fluency in English. German, French, Italian or Spanish are a plus; Previous experience as an SDR/Sales Team Leader; Strong understanding of qualification methodologies (BANT); Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; Strong communication and coaching skills; Data driven mindset and ability to manage through KPIs; Organizational and strong time management skills; Adaptability to an ever changing environment; Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional performance. Bonus: IT Sales experience; Cybersecurity knowledge; Experience working in multi-country EMEA environments; Previous similar experience or demonstrated leadership traits; Comfortable operating in a performance driven environment.
