主要职责
- 支持餐饮运营并为会员及宾客提供卓越服务
- 以专业态度接待会员
- 协助直属主管管理员工对标准作业程序要求及服务标准的合规情况,特别在实施程序修订时
- 指导及培训新入职员工与实习生,维持服务标准、提升表现并契合马会文化
- 向会员推广马会设施与服务,收集相关餐饮意见反馈供厨务团队跟进及未来菜单规划
- 协调市场推广计划及宣传品派发
- 履行主管指派的其他相关职务
资格证书
经历
- 至少 5 年酒店或大型餐饮机构相关工作经验,其中 2 年担任同类岗位
