Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategically minded Ad Operations leader to build and lead our new India hub. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new function from the ground up. 


In this role, you will own the launch and development of a new AdOps team in India, working closely with leadership to design workflows, establish standards, and recruit the first wave of talent.

Job responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and establish the India Ad Operations team, setting operational and cultural standards, fostering a collaborative and high-growth environment, and ensuring strategic alignment and communication with US-based leadership.

Ad Operations & Programmatic Execution: Ensure smooth and efficient programmatic operations across DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs by building clear workflows, maintaining high quality standards, and helping the team solve complex technical issues when they arise.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key bridge between India and US-based teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and timely escalation of issues and solutions. Build strong relationships with local vendors, publishers, and platform partners.

Process & Performance: Build clear performance metrics, review team results regularly, and improve processes to make operations more efficient, scalable, and easier to manage as the team grows.
