Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Manager Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of Puffer-Sweiven Systems business customers. The CSM fosters strong customer relationships and drives the adoption and renewal of Puffer-Sweiven delivered systems and solutions. This role is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure they achieve maximum value from our products or services. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, driving customer adoption, retention, satisfaction, and growth while serving as the primary point of contact post-sale.
