Site Operations Leader

Under the direction of the Manager, Mechanical Field Services, the Site Operations Leader will oversee all on-site operations supporting various LNG projects in Brownsville, Texas and the surround Rio Grande Valley (RGV). This role serves as the senior on-site leader and primary interface with our customer EPC clients and corresponding end users/customers, responsible for executing field service operations related to the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of pressure management valves.

This individual will lead field personnel, drive operational execution, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and proactively align Puffer-Sweiven’s capabilities with project demands.
