
Account Manager - Reliability Solutions
Job Description
Under the direction of the Business Unit Leader, the Reliability Solutions Account Manager develops and maintains business relationships with decision makers and purchase influencers in the specific assigned account(s). The Account Manager must understand the customer’s business, identify customer needs and business drivers, be aware of the customers’ organizational dynamics, develop pursuit strategy for assigned accounts, promote the macro message for individual business units and principals, influence the customers’ buying decision, coordinate other sales and service resources supporting the accounts.
