With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.
The Opportunity
Join Allegro MicroSystems as a pivotal driver of production efficiency and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform raw manufacturing data into actionable insights, helping our global operations team meet critical delivery and cycle-time targets. You will be the architect of our monitoring tools and dashboards, leading automation projects that eliminate manual processes and drive "Innovation with Purpose" across our Philippine manufacturing sites.
What You Will Do
Analyze Key Metrics: Conduct deep-dive reviews of Primary KPIs (FG Delivery, Cycle Time, Test Seconds) and Secondary KPIs (Lot Size, Leftovers, Aged Lots) to identify trends and performance gaps.
Build Analytical Tools: Create and maintain robust databases and visual dashboards that support complex calculations and real-time data analytics.
Drive Automation: Lead semi-automation projects to streamline manual data gathering and analysis, significantly improving the speed and accuracy of production reporting.
Capacity & Simulation: Perform sophisticated simulations to calculate product flow and volume outs, aiding in critical planning for headcount, setup requirements, and resource utilization.
Solve Complex Problems: Execute root cause analysis on abnormal data trends or missed targets, providing data-backed recommendations and solutions to the production and planning teams.
Mentor & Support: Provide specialized training to team members in advanced Excel and capacity planning, while supporting cross-functional departments with data-driven solutions.
What You Will Bring
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an individual contributor in a technical or analytical field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong subject matter knowledge in manufacturing processes and a high level of expertise in data management and visualization tools.
Analytical Mindset: A logical and systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to resolve routine issues within established guidelines while working under general supervision.
Commitment to Excellence: A clear understanding of corporate standards for ethics, safety, and sustainability, along with a disciplined approach to project management and documentation.
