Job Description

The Head of Revenue Operations, Clinical Optimization will lead BHG’s enterprise-wide commercial operating system, driving performance across patient acquisition, admissions, retention, workforce productivity, payer economics, and census growth. This role partners closely with executive and operational leaders to build a centralized “commercial nerve center” focused on KPI management, forecasting, analytics, operational accountability, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Revenue or Clinical Operations within high-growth, multi-site healthcare environments, with strong expertise in analytics, process improvement, forecasting, and performance management.
