What You'll Do
A successful Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Source candidates through various channels (Workday, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals)
- Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews
- Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, JSM)
- Support offer negotiations and closing of candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes
- Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., onboarding-related project/task, process improvements, pipeline building)
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- At least 5+ years of recruitment experience handling end-to-end hiring in a BPO environment
- Knowledgeable in Workday recruiting tool
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing hiring targets
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews.
- Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers
- Must be amenable to work remotely in the Day Shift and/or shifting schedules.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces
- Willing to work on a TEMPORARY employment arrangement (6 months)
