What You'll Do
A successful OPERATION SPECIALIST proficiently handles day-to-day activities of the Operations Team. Organizational responsibilities to include but not limited to completing daily research / verification tasks with the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Ops Initiatives - Verification and Creating report tasks / Research tasks
- Make phone calls to entities (HR / Edu / Qual) to verify the employment/education enrollment/qualification details with business etiquette
- Ensure to have interviewing and writing skills for regular reference check.
- Email communications with entities for verification in a timely manner
- Accurately complete background reports without any error.
- Plan ahead to make sure all researches are completed within the TAT.
- Comply with all Personal Information and Privacy Laws and Procedures and corporate’s compliance regulation and policies.
- Ensure to have knowledge of internal system to perform the role.
- Ensure to understand SOP clearly and perform tasks based on the SOP/VPG
- Ensure to respond inquiries from other inter-company teams in a timely manner
Other Business Performance
- Ensure to accurately update caselist in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure to proactively participate the regular Ops study session by sharing cases handled.
Internal & External Relationship
- Collaborate with other teams in First Advantage to improve client service and business performance.
- Efficiently support colleagues including the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that would meet clients’ expectations.
- Ensure to maintain good relationships with company HR, academic registration officers and referees when carrying out research / verification tasks.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Graduate or has accomplished at least 2 years in a college course (preferably in BPO).
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year working experience (preferably in BPO environment)

- Understands and has significant command skills in English language.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Basic PC skills.
- Great collaboration and supportive with others.
- High standard of personal conduct and responsibility.
- Adherence to company rules and regulations.
- Compliance with Personal Information & Privacy Laws and Procedures.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas
