Your Role:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
Who We’re Looking For:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passionate about delivering quality resident-centered care
Committed to maintaining a reliable attendance history
