Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing
Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation
Collaborating with CNAs and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care
Promoting resident comfort, independence, and well-being
Responding calmly and effectively during emergencies
Supporting a positive and patient-centered environment
Who We’re Looking For:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to quality care and reliable attendance
Passion for working in long-term care and supporting residents
