You will be responsible for developing, editing, and managing high-quality technical documentation that supports a cloud-based case management system used across U.S. federal courts. The position blends advanced technical writing, content strategy, and systems understanding to ensure clear communication of complex software functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will collaborate closely with development teams in an Agile environment to translate system requirements into user guides, manuals, training materials, and online documentation. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly contributes to improving user experience, operational efficiency, and long-term system modernization.
