This position is in support of US Southern Command under the Enhanced Domain Awareness contract. Our team shall refine the processes, technology, infrastructure, and personnel necessary to transition EDA into a scalable, distributed intelligence ecosystem. Leveraging the existing EDA infrastructure, this effort enhances cyber security, structured governance, metadata lineage, and data transformation capabilities of the command.
Position Overview
NOTE: This position is contingent upon award of contract, expected in the next 30-60 days.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of workflow automation and business systems
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management and change management knowledge
- Ability to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles
- Experience using process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Proven ability to analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvement solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with business process management tools, data analysis, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Management, or a related field or minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience business process analysis and design.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
- Lean Six Sigma
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
