Payroll Specialist

At Pure Fishing, we’re passionate about crafting the best fishing gear and outdoor products—and we need a skilled Payroll Specialist like YOU to help ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time across the U.S. and Canada! What will you do? Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple U.S. states and Canada using Dayforce Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial payroll laws and tax regulations Maintain and audit payroll data, including wages, deductions, and benefits Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues proactively Partner closely with HR on employee changes (hires, terminations, compensation updates) Support payroll tax filings, reporting, and year-end processes (W-2s, T4s, etc.) Validate and manage timekeeping data within Dayforce Serve as a go-to resource for payroll-related questions across multiple jurisdictions Assist with audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation Process wage garnishments, child support orders and levies Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and optimize system usage What makes you a great catch?
