Job Description
- Partner with the C-suite and executives to identify and prioritize core business areas (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer operations).
- Develop the strategic roadmap and business case for transformation, articulating a compelling goal of the future state and quantifying the expected Profit and Loss (P&L) impact.
- Design the human-in-the-loop touchpoints and governance frameworks required to manage and trust a workforce of AI agents.
- Create and oversee the change management plan, ensure that the client's people, culture, and skill sets evolve in concert with their new agentic systems.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensure success through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
