The Role: Professional Cleaning Technician
You’ll perform top-tier cleaning in residential and commercial environments, including:
- Routine and deep cleaning of homes
- Office and commercial cleanings
- Post-construction cleanups
- Specialty and detailed jobs
Key Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow structured checklists and job standards
- Maintain supplies and cleanliness of equipment
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Respect client property and communicate any concerns
- Represent ResiCom with professionalism and care

- Meticulous with details (yes, you notice the fingerprints on the fridge)
- Organized, methodical, and efficient
- Reliable and always on time
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Physically able to bend, lift (sometimes 50-75lbs), stand, and move all day
- Trustworthy in clients’ homes and offices
Preferred (But Not Required) Experience
- Residential or commercial cleaning
- Housekeeping or janitorial work
- Deep cleaning or post-construction cleanup
