Role Overview:
This role is responsible for driving regional Enterprise Business growth, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue, margin, and market objectives. You will lead a high-performing regional team, manage corporate and mid-market accounts, and translate company strategy into actionable business plans that deliver measurable results.
What You Are Accountable For:
Regional P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the region’s financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost management.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and solution-driven selling.
Enterprise & Mid-Market Growth: Drive business expansion across corporate and mid-market enterprise accounts, identifying new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance to define growth strategies, develop business cases, and allocate resources effectively.
Business Development & Deal Execution: Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including complex deal structuring, partner engagement, tender responses, and customer relationship management.
Operational Excellence: Ensure processes, reporting, and execution standards are followed to achieve SLA, turnaround times, and operational KPIs.
What You Need for This Role:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Management, B2B sales, or related fields.
Proven experience managing corporate and mid-market accounts, with a track record of hitting multi-million RM revenue targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience building, managing, and mentoring a regional sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
