Job Description
Increase Watson Marlow market share by developing and implementing commercial plans that expand the company's presence and drive growth within heavy industry in the Nordic markets. Monitor, manage, and report on all Sales KPIs, providing regular updates on sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Generate sales forecasts and plans using appropriate Business Information tools, ensuring alignment with ROI sales goals. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delegating activities across direct reports. Coach and support sales teams to explore and leverage sales opportunities, conducting one-on-one reviews with all direct reports to ensure effective communication, understanding of training and development needs, and to provide insight into performance opportunities. Partner with EMEA Customer Support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences, successful project delivery, and business growth. Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Travel to other Group facilities may also be required to support regional networks and activities related to organic business growth.
