The AI & Data Division plays a critical role in driving the strategic use of AI and data across the organization. As a central hub for AI and data initiatives, the AI & Data Division ensures alignment with corporate objectives and maximizes the value of data-driven decision-making.

　

Department Overview

The AI Incubation Office (AISO), under Global AI & Data Strategy Supervisory Department (GADSD), is responsible for the planning and execution of AI strategies. Its main roles include researching market insights, promoting AI products, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.

Position:

Position Details

You will lead the planning and promotion of Rakuten's AI-related products, driving business growth. (AI Avatar, AI Seminar, AI Agent Services etc.)

- Product planning, conceptualization, and strategy development

- Market research, user needs analysis, and competitor analysis

- Requirement definition and specification development in collaboration with development teams and designers

- Project management (managing schedule, resources, and quality)

- Planning and executing post-release product improvements and growth strategies

- Coordination and negotiation with related departments and stakeholders

- KPI design, data-driven improvements, and execution

　

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in product management or project management (3+ years)

- Deep knowledge related to AI

- Logical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to make decisions based on data and user feedback

　

Desired Qualifications:

- Work experience in the AI or telecommunications industry

- Experience in planning and developing IT/web services

- Knowledge and practical experience in Agile development or Scrum

- Knowledge of product growth and marketing

- Experience in planning and developing seminar or event platforms, or educational services

- Experience in event planning and day-of operations
