Environmental Services Director

The Environmental Services Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community’s physical plant, including maintenance and housekeeping services. This role ensures that the community, resident apartments, and grounds are safe, clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all applicable regulations. The Environmental Services Director leads departmental staff, manages preventive maintenance programs, oversees vendor services, and supports a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.
