Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Compound seasonings according to approved formulas.
- Prepare and weigh raw materials accurately.
- Apply seasonings on customer bases per requirements.
- Support basic application trials and evaluations.
- Prepare and pack seasoning prototypes or samples.
- Label all samples clearly and correctly.
- Maintain basic compounding and sample records.
- Follow lab safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Possess good hands‑on skills and be able to operate basic laboratory instruments and equipment after proper training.
- Preferably major in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit, with the ability to work closely with application specialists and other laboratory staff.
- Be available to work three days per week for a minimum duration of four months.
- Show strong attention to detail and the ability to follow laboratory procedures and instructions accurately.
- Maintain good communication skills and uphold safety and compliance requirements in daily work.

- Prior experience with similar products is preferred.
