Job Description
This role will focus on building early traction in the SME market, refining the sales narrative, and converting business owners into early adopters of the platform.
What You Will Deliver
- Drive new customer acquisition among SMEs across Hong Kong and the region.
- Position and sell AI-powered messaging and workflow automation solutions to business owners.
- Develop and refine the commercial pitch for an early-stage product offering.
- Identify practical use cases where AI automation and messaging workflows can improve business operations.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Work closely with product and leadership teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Introduce the solution to relevant existing business customers where appropriate.
Who You Are
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital solutions.
- Proven ability to sell to SME owners or decision-makers.
- Comfortable selling emerging or early-stage products and shaping the go-to-market narrative.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a new business line from the ground up.
- Familiarity with messaging platforms, automation tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven products is an advantage.
Someone who can open doors with SME owners, communicate the value of AI automation in simple terms, and build early commercial momentum for a new solution.
