Administrative Support Customer Service - Sales Customer Operations (6 Months Contract)

Ansell is looking for an Administrative Support Customer Service - Sales Customer Operations to join our team in Cracow, Poland.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Analytical skills to help with the management of Comind tickets (resulting from Claim backs, special exceptions to surcharges, Service and Logistics complaints) Create RE/CN/DN

· Support general administration tasks (like mailing)

· Process customers documentation enquiries (Technical Data Sheet, Certificates, Origine of goods, Export documents, DS orders documents, …)

· Support collecting customs documents and assisting with the preparation of shipping documents for WH and DS orders.

· Fill in customers data files 

· Extract charts from Power BI

· Any other administrative activity at the request of the CX Team Leads/Manager.

 

 What will you bring to Ansell?

 

 REQUIREMENTS

 

· Fluent English (B1 at least), other language will be an asset

· Knowledge of an appropriate ERP system: SAP & SFDC

· Customer Service environment experience is a plus

· Able to understand end-to- end CX administrative tasks

· PC literate: sufficient knowledge of PC and network and standard packages used under windows (Excel)
