Director of Development, Major Gifts

The Director of Development, Major Gifts is a key member of the Development team and is responsible for supporting Didi Hirsch’s individual and major gifts strategy. This individual will serve as the lead relationship manager to a portfolio of 200-250 donors, developing and implementing strategies to move these prospects towards established goals, making assignments to other staff and volunteers as appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-through. This role will also work in close partnership with the Senior Director of Development, to support leadership and interface with board of directors to cultivate relationships in order to achieve fundraising goals.
