EBI Consulting is seeking a senior-level leader to oversee our AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) service line, serving as the technical authority for projects including HUD-related work and construction monitoring deliverables. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, operational performance, and team development while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, defensible work. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage project pipelines and resources, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. This position also plays a key role in developing staff, supporting recruiting and training initiatives, and partnering with business development teams to scope opportunities, engage with clients, and support growth.
