Job Title: Key Account Manager E-commerce & Digital Growth

Location: Santiago de Chile

Reports Into: Off Trade Manager Chile

Function: Commercial/Sales Team

Role Overview: The Key Account Manager E-commerce & Digital Growth is responsible for accelerating Diageo's digital and omnichannel business by developing strategic partnerships with e-commerce customers, delivering profitable commercial growth, and leading digital initiatives that enhance shopper experience, commercial execution, and long-term business capabilities.

Beyond delivering commercial results, this role is expected to lead the evolution of Diageo's digital commerce capabilities by embedding Digital Shelf Excellence, scaling omnichannel best practices, influencing cross-functional ways of working, and introducing innovative growth initiatives that strengthen long-term competitive advantage. The KAM E-commerce & Digital Growth is accountable for both running the digital business and transforming the digital business.

Role Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute digital customer growth strategies.

·       Build strategic partnerships with key e-commerce customers.

·       Lead Joint Business Planning for digital accounts.

·       Define omnichannel commercial priorities.

·       Champion Digital Shelf Excellence by improving online content quality, search visibility, assortment, availability, pricing, and shopper experience across digital customers.

·       Lead e-commerce accounts trade investment strategy and performance optimization.

·       Translate shopper insights into commercial growth opportunities.

·       Lead digital transformation initiatives that strengthen Diageo's digital commerce capabilities and accelerate omnichannel growth.

Required Experience:

·       3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Category Management or Commercial roles within FMCG, Retail or Digital businesses.

·       Experience working with online retailers, marketplaces or omnichannel customers.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative leadership skills.

·       Proven experience supporting or leading commercial negotiations, managing customer agreements, promotional plans, and executing commercial initiatives.

·       Experience analyzing sales performance, profitability, market share, and commercial KPIs to support business decisions.

·       Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful execution of customer plans.

·       Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Power BI.

·       Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and conversion funnel concepts.

·       Intermediate level of English.
