As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a key link between our business and technology teams, helping translate business needs into clear, actionable digital and technical solutions that deliver better outcomes for our customers.
Working in an agile environment, you’ll partner with business SMEs to understand requirements, refine solutions, and support delivery teams to build secure, scalable and high-quality digital experiences. You’ll play an active role across the full delivery lifecycle, contributing to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
• Partner with business SMEs to understand and shape requirements, translating them into clear digital and technical specifications
• Develop and refine user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria to support delivery
• Collaborate closely with developers and contribute to solution design to ensure alignment with business needs
• Facilitate workshops and work across QA and testing teams to ensure quality outcomes, including UAT support
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, supporting estimation and end-to-end delivery
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to secure, scalable and customer-focused solutions
What You'll Bring
• Solid understanding of IT systems, digital platforms and integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Exposure to web/front-end experiences and digital journeys
• Experience working in agile, with strong prioritisation and time management
• Confident stakeholder engagement across business and technology
