Team Overview and Job responsibilities:
We are looking for an HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for sales in the HVAC business unit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Deliver technical presentations to clients, demonstrating the value proposition of turnkey high-voltage system solutions;
· Act as the technical-commercial focal point for clients in the distribution, transmission, EPC, and data center markets;
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract closure;
· Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Installation, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure the best solution is delivered to the customer;
· Actively participate in tenders, bidding processes, and technical-commercial negotiations;
· Ensure achievement of sales targets, margins, and other key performance indicators;
· Serve as the “voice of the customer” within the organization;
· Build, organize, and maintain a structured sales pipeline in Salesforce;
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:
- Complete higher education (Engineering, Administration and Economics).
- Desirable: MBA or Post Graduation
- Advanced English is required
- Experience in sales in the energy segment.
- Collaborative profile with the ability to work in diverse environments, fostering cooperation and teamwork;
- Demonstrate administrative aptitude, time management and the ability to multitask.
- Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressful circumstances.
- Accustomed to the management environment of daily KPI's of sales volume, margin, market share, etc.
- Proactive and with excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Empathy and diversity in the management of its customers, promoting the company at the most different levels of the customer's organization.
- Passion for learning and personal growth.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, project scopes, and contractual equirements
- Solid technical understanding of the sales process to support customers under your responsibility.
- Ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Power BI and Sales Force will be considered differentials.
