Job Description
- Lead the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), conduct technical reviews to mentor a team, and drive the configuration of ITAM and ITOM modules to automate asset tracking across Google’s IT estate.
- Own the technical governance for ITAM, ensuring an implementation of the CSDM framework and advocating "out-of-the-box" functionality to minimize technical debt and ensure platform upgradability.
- Serve as technical point of contact for ITAM workstreams, collaborating daily with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), and ServiceNow Professional Services.
- Oversee platform health, troubleshoot architectural issues, and document technical designs to build long-term internal capabilities.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and first-party internal systems (e.g., SAP, procurement tools, internal infrastructure) using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
