As a Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager, you would be part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to customers in our industrial buildings in the Spanish Market. Our customer base is diverse, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds – a local office, with the support and sophistication of a large international company. This role reports to the Real Estate and Customer Experience Spain, Director.

A day in the life

This 7-month fixed-term contract role provides maternity cover for the management of a portfolio of industrial real estate assets and customer relationships in France. The position serves as a key point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and service providers, helping ensure operational excellence, strong customer satisfaction, and portfolio performance. Working closely with leasing, legal, accounting, construction, and property operations teams, the role supports both day-to-day asset management activities and strategic customer engagement. Success in this position requires balancing customer needs, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and property operations across a diverse logistics portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of industrial properties and customer relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the contract term.
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service by proactively addressing customer requests, issues, and operational needs.
  • Identify and support revenue-generating opportunities by aligning Prologis products and services with customer requirements.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on property budgets, financial performance, and business plans for assigned assets.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and service agreements to maintain safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and customer activity, providing insights and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support lease administration, regulatory compliance, customer projects, and operational initiatives.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • Experience managing commercial or industrial real estate assets and customer relationships.
  • Experience developing and managing property budgets and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of commercial lease administration and French leasing regulations.
  • Knowledge of ICPE regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned portfolio.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Yardi, or comparable property management and CRM systems.
  • Experience supporting property transactions, portfolio acquisitions, or corporate mergers.
  • Experience implementing new initiatives, campaigns, system upgrades, or change management programs.
  • Knowledge of service charge management and budgeting cycles.
  • Interest in sustainability, energy management, and compliance with the French Tertiary Decree.
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
