Job Description
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Education, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills (data tracking, formulas, pivots, dashboards).
- Working knowledge of finance concepts such as budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payments.
- Experience with vendor empanelment and coordination.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to program management methodologies is an added advantage.
