Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Education, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Learning Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
Strong Excel skills (data tracking, formulas, pivots, dashboards).
Working knowledge of finance concepts such as budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payments.
Experience with vendor empanelment and coordination.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to program management methodologies is an added advantage.
