Operations Engineer - New Grad

This role offers an entry point into large-scale production infrastructure and site reliability engineering within a high-availability environment managing millions of mailboxes and massive daily email traffic. You will be part of a highly technical operations team responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, and uptime across globally distributed systems. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, automation, and infrastructure support, giving you exposure to real-world production challenges at scale. You will work closely with engineers, system administrators, and product teams to resolve incidents, improve system stability, and enhance operational efficiency. This is a learning-intensive environment where you will develop strong foundations in Linux systems, networking, scripting, and distributed infrastructure.
