We offer: A welcoming, team-oriented work environment Meaningful work serving older adults in a beautiful senior living community Opportunities to build relationships with residents and team members Training and support to help you succeed A hospitality-focused setting with a strong emphasis on service and resident experience What You’ll Do As a Server, you will help provide an excellent dining experience for residents and guests by: Greeting residents and guests with warmth and professionalism Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Supporting dining room setup, service, and cleanup Providing attentive, courteous service throughout each meal period Partnering with culinary and dining team members to ensure a smooth dining experience Following food safety, sanitation, and service standards What We’re Looking For We’re looking for candidates who are: Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Passionate about hospitality and service Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment Able to communicate clearly and professionally Willing to learn and contribute to a positive team culture Experienced in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred, but not required What to Expect at the Event: Meet Dining Services leaders; explore openings for servers; learn about benefits, training, schedules, and career growth opportunities; tour the community and experience the Touchmark difference.
