Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, managing ongoing client needs and expectations. Lead and mentor account executives while driving collaboration across internal teams. Develop deep expertise in the client’s brand, business objectives, market landscape, competitors, and target audiences. Manage end-to-end processes with internal departments, including Strategy, Creative, Studio, and Media teams. Provide strategic guidance throughout campaign planning and execution, including media planning, timelines, budget management, alignment between strategy and creative execution, and leading the team responsible for the account. Qualifications Proven experience in advertising – as an Account Supervisor in an advertising agency or in a marketing/advertising management role on the client side – mandatory. Strong familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Relevant academic degree or professional certification – mandatory. Experience working with both online and offline advertising budgets. Experience in managing campaigns for clients in the real estate sector.
