MIS Specialist - IT Department - Springfield

HCRS is seeking a full time MIS Specialist to join our IT team in Springfield. The MIS Specialist serves as the first point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshoots and resolves issues, and support communication and email platforms. The MIS Specialist provides in-person and remote support across locations and trains staff on basic system usage. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science and/or experience in computer system support. The pay for this position is between $49,000 and $55,000 annually.
