Job Description

If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a dedicated team member to be part of our Performance Lab team to build and improve the work class lab.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain performance benchmarks across PCs, workstations, servers.

  • Build and optimize automated testing pipelines using Python scripts to improve efficiency and reproducibility.

  • Run and validate benchmarks for robotics simulation systems (e.g., physics simulation, digital twins).

  • Conduct performance testing on real robot systems, focusing on system performance and latency.

  • Set up and manage hardware/software environments, including GPU systems, drivers, and AI frameworks.

  • Analyze results, identify performance bottlenecks, and generate reports to support NVIDIA product positioning and go-to-market efforts.

What we need to see:

  • Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot real systems.

  • Solid understanding of PC systems and components.

  • Good organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with robotics or simulation tools (e.g., Isaac Sim, Mujoco).

  • Familiarity with Physical AI, embodied intelligence, or robotics systems.

  • Experience with machine learning models, especially multimodal models (e.g., VLM, VLA, world models).

  • Proficiency in Linux, including command-line usage, environment setup, and debugging.

  • Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, or Physical AI platforms (e.g., Isaac Sim, Omniverse).
