You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality. In this role, you will take ownership of active requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and keep pipelines moving efficiently in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams, balancing speed, structure, and quality in every hiring cycle. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in autonomous environments and enjoys building strong, trust-based partnerships with stakeholders. You will also contribute to improving recruitment processes and leveraging modern tools, including AI-supported sourcing and screening workflows.
