Position: Clinic ManagerLocation: Calgary, AB

We’re looking for a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to join a well-established dental clinic in Calgary, part of a growing and supportive dental network. In this role, you’ll be part of a growth-focused environment where your strengths in operations, communication, and team leadership will make a meaningful impact.
Specifics about the role:
Job Type: Full Time
Wage Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, with a bonus structure

What you’ll do:
Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall efficiency
Hire, train, and develop office staff to meet patient needs and uphold clinic standards
Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, overseeing HR-related functions
Create, implement, and manage an effective office budget
Oversee insurance claims processing and billing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide leadership to ensure outstanding patient service across the team
Greet patients professionally and create a welcoming environment
Manage scheduling to optimize clinic workflow
Handle phone inquiries promptly and professionally
Support internal and external marketing initiatives to enhance clinic visibility
Train staff on clinic systems and software (training provided)
Perform general administrative duties as required
Foster and maintain a positive, engaging clinic culture
What you’ll bring:
At least 3 years of dental clinic setting experience, and at least 2 years of leadership.
Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Professional, friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
