Hiring: Sourcing Manager IT
We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager IT to join us at Telia.
I’m Mikael Naurin, Head of Sourcing IT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on delivering strategic IT sourcing across software and services while managing global vendors and enabling business success.
What you’ll do:
Drive strategic IT sourcing initiatives by partnering closely with the business, applying strong collaboration and adaptability to manage vendor portfolios and support Software and Services domains across a multi-country environment.
Develop and manage sourcing strategies across a full portfolio of global and local IT vendors
Create value by supporting sourcing initiatives with a strategic focus on Software and Services
Consult and collaborate closely with the business to ensure sourcing contributes to stakeholder and customer success
Contribute to a high-performing, flexible team environment guided by Telia’s values: Dare and Care
What will help you thrive in this role:
You bring strong collaboration and communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and demonstrate adaptability, proactivity, and flexibility.
Proven experience in sourcing, preferably within IT (3–5 years)
Strong knowledge of IT services delivery and/or software sourcing (considered an advantage)
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
Fluency in English

Monthly salary range for this position: 2640 – 3960 EUR (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
