Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager, Labour Relations to join us at Telia.
I’m Mats Tegebäck, Head of Group Reward, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a Group team driving reward, governance, and labour relations across markets in a multinational environment.
What you’ll do:
You will lead cross-border labour relations projects and consultation processes at Group level, ensuring alignment, structure, and delivery.
- Lead group-level labour relations projects and wider people or business initiatives
- Structure project scope, milestones, governance, and workstreams across markets
- Consult and coordinate with unions, employee representatives, and internal stakeholders
- Support European Works Council (EWC) processes including planning, documentation, and follow-up
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are structured, collaborative, and confident handling sensitive topics in complex, international environments.
- Proven experience leading large projects, programmes, or transformations in a matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of labour relations, union dialogue, and consultation frameworks (EWC experience is an advantage)
- Ability to manage stakeholder alignment and communication across full project lifecycles
- Fluency in English; Nordic or Baltic language skills are an advantage
