About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and oversee work order execution in real time to ensure timely, accurate, and service-oriented completion.

  • Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal cross-functional departments to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Communicate proactive and accurate status updates to all relevant stakeholders throughout the work order lifecycle.

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions, including incorrect addresses, cargo discrepancies, and transportation delays.

  • Escalate critical issues when necessary and ensure fast, effective resolution to minimize operational disruptions.

  • Maintain high service quality standards while supporting continuous operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall operational performance.

  • Work onsite at Steinbrinkstraße 3, 46145 Oberhausen, Germany

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced fluency in German (C1/C2) and business fluency in English (B2/C1)

  • 1+ years of experience in an customer service, administrative, or coordination role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
